2,000 SF Single Family Residence As-Builds

Project Overview Our client was seeking to do an addition to thier exiting home and had misplaced the originals hand drawn documents from the 80’s.

Proposed Solution Our office conducted a site/build condition survey to document all the utility, physical architectural element on the property and some adjacent exiting elements to document in a  2D format of 24”x36” size physical sheets of “As-Build” (or 11x17 for convenience). For this project , a 3D Digital Model was issued to support any future Developments the client may have as the practice of architecture grows with technology.
